I worked in software development since the late 1990s and with iterative and agile approaches since the early 2000s. Since then I have had various roles: Development and Project Manager, Coach, System Analyst, Software Architect and Developer and solution developer for areas such as document management, simulators, and retail.
Later, I acted as a coach, consultant, and trainer for various development practices and Agile methods. We have helped teams and organizations with the continuous improvement of processes and products, eliminate waste, improvement of their cross-functional skills, and adaptation of the process to the context. We have built guidance at the teams/organizational level for various areas: process improvement, clean code, product refactoring, development life cycle, estimation, architecture, and design. I blog about agile methods, principles, practices, and about agile design.
Promoted practices & approaches: disciplined agile, adapt to context, collaborative work, eliminate waste, clean architecture, agile design and agile products.
