- Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (2 days) – Get Started with Disciplined Agile – Begin your agile journey learning multiple agile approaches; understand how to use the Disciplined Agile tool kit and find your way of working (WoW). Comprehensive training introduces leading agile and lean approaches like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe®, and more that free you from any single agile framework and open your options.
- Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (2 days) – Tailor Your Approach and Lead Your Team with Disciplined Agile – Position yourself to successfully lead an agile team (or multiple teams) and effectively take on more complex and key initiatives for your organization. Adopt an agile mindset as well as be able to tailor and scale any agile or lean approach using the Disciplined Agile tool kit to choose your way of working (WoW).
- Disciplined Agile Coach (2 days) – Help organizations achieve true agility by coaching teams across the enterprise on how to apply Disciplined Agile and choose their best way of working. Understand how to align teams with organizational strategies and goals to enable agile transformation. Facilitate culture change and transformation within and across teams. Collaborate with, and potentially be an active member of, your organization’s transformation team.
- Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (3 days) – Accelerate value delivery at scale by moving beyond individual teams and applying Disciplined Agile® across your organization. Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) folds practices from Flow, Lean, the Theory of Constraints, and Organizational Development into Disciplined Agile to give you the tools to optimize enterprise-wide value streams.
